Decorations

Decorate the party room with 50's music posters, movies, and TV shows.

You can make creative invitations buy using 50s era themes such as a Jukebox, old fashion electric guitars or 1950s style Cars.

Popular colours were pink and powder blue, or for a more bold look, black & white checkerboard with cherry red accents.

Costumes/Dress Attire

Big beehive wigs and poodle skirts, or leather jackets, white teeshirts and blue jeans.

Wear your pink beehive wig and poodle skirt, or leather jackets and Elvis sunglasses.

Games & Activities

Randomly place 50s Trivia Cards around the room for people to answer. Give away small prizes to whomever brings you the card with the correct answer.

Have a Hula Hoop contest, or a Sock Hop, or even a Dance-a-thon.

Consider something different with a themed party. No matter what the age, people love to dress up. Everyone loves to have theme parties and with just a few props, decorating ideas and a Flashpoint DJ, you can create a party no one will forget.
